As this was my first auto-transport experience I was rather nervous about the whole business. I chose Red Carpet from the many possibilities from whom I also recieved quotes for service. My selection was based mainly on a sense of trust that was quickly established with the company through my contact with Heather Richardson. She was very direct in explaining the many factors that go into the transport process and how to best evaluate a transport company. We negotiated a very fair price and I was kept informed of the transport events during the entire move.
The actual vehicle transporter arrived a day early which was a surprise to us. This could possibly have caused an issue if we had not been available to send the vehicle off. Heather responded to our questions immediately regarding the timing and we were completely assured that everything was under control and that she would keep it that way.

Overall a very easy and satisfying experience, Heather and the company are highly recommended.
