After the initial call and confirmation, no one from Red Carpet got back to me any information. My first contact was never at Red Carpet when I called and my emails were never answered by him. After a week of not hearing anything, I called again and got another person to help me. I was not told that it would take up to five days to contract someone (I gave them a date 10 days out for available date). I was the one always making contact with them. The only time I was contacted was when they found a carrier. When the car was finally delivered, the amount I owed the carrier was $100 more. The overall price was the same, I just owed the carrier more. When you are suppose to pay by cash or cashiers check I did not have the right amount. I called my contact at Red Carpet to verify and was told that was correct ($100 more) just the amount I owed Red Carpet was different. Red Carpet did not notify me of the change in the amount due. I feel like once they received my business, that was all they had to do. In the end, I did get my car but was a very frustrating process.

As your narative indicated, due to the loss of your CSR at Red Carpet Auto Transport your order was in alteration. As you may well be aware of, the loss of a key employee presents many challenges, and my apologies for the break down of communication. I am sorry that corresponding with you by email fell short of your expectations. Despite these obstacles, I am very proud that your car was dispatched within days of the availability date and at the price that was quoted to you. We would love the opportunity to work with you again.
