Based on other people's reviews, I contacted Red Carpet to have them ship my Prius from Arizona to Maryland. Greg was knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and unlike what I read about other car transport brokers, Greg actually was there throughout the process. The car was picked up when Greg said it would be, and it was delivered earlier than expected. So, no complaints there either. Red Carpet was probably $50 more than most other bids received, but knowing that Greg was available, would respond to emails and phone messages promptly, I had no problem spending the extra money.
