this company is truly a rip off dishonest is not the word. he took the money and basically ran that was in march 2013 this nov 2013. still no service from rapid response/ james the so called owner this man should not be alive. we made a deal on the phone. he was paid with a debit card,he went back in the bank account made an un authorized withdrawl so is this really who you want to deal with. I also explained to him that I was a disabled American veteran which made no difference to him at all he still kept the money with no services rendered. I am real look up Henry Lowery Fayetteville n.c. I spent almost 22 yrs in the army I retired from fort bragg in Fayetteville nc. I will soon take this matter to the legal system in the mean time please stay away I he would rip off a disabled soldier you know you don't stand a chance his name is james johanson, read all those nice reviews and ask your self one questions where are the the ones that are not good and then fiter through the bull crap.
