New Company but Highly Recommended.

At first I was very uneasy about this new company, especially after being told by so many other companies about scams going on and how new companies can't be trusted because you never know. I must say though, after speaking with John, I felt an ease that no one else had given me. He assured me not to be fooled by this. He's been in this business for a very long time and educated me better than any pf those other guys who have been open for years. As it turns out, My agent has been helping customers like me for a good 4 years and he even gave me a reference sheet to contact previous customers.

So, I decided that Rapid Response was the company for me and Wow. My car was picked up on time, the driver was respectful and polite he even called me on a daily basis to let me know his current location and condition of my vehicle. On delivery, I had to run out on a last minute emergency and the driver even waited for me to get home. It was great!!!

I will NEVER listen to another broker about this new company, they were fantastic and gave me a service probably even better than 5 year companies could.
