I needed to bring my son's car from MA to FL where I am taking care of my husband who has stage 4 cancer. After receiving a quote for $700, signing a contract and giving a deposit of $150 the company assured me they would notify me one to two weeks before pick up with the date, time, carrier, etc. I called two weeks before but they did not send my contract out to the carriers. I called last week and they did not know who the carrier was. I called today 9/4 and they said it was booked but they did not know the name of the carrier. This afternoon after not receiving a call back, they said that I had a contract with another carrier (I did not. I HAD one but cancelled because my husband was too sick to travel) and if I wanted him to pick up the car, I needed to give him more money. Rick Chaney and all of the employees of this company are incredibly disreputable. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS - THEY ARE WAITING UNTIL THE LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT TO MAKE YOU DESPERATE AND TRY TO FLEECE YOU FOR MORE MONEY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

On 8/8/15, this customer placed an order with a 1st available pick up date of 9/7/15. The order was put on hold until 8/24/15, at which time it was posted to central dispatch. At that point we noticed that it was posted with another broker for more money and told the customer of the problem. At no time was she told she had to pay more than her quoted price. On 9/8/15 the order was dispatched, the driver called the customer to set up a time to pick up the vehicle, and the customer told the driver that she had shipped the car with another carrier. At the time the order was placed the customer was told that we do our best to ship the car as near to their desired ship date as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact date.
