Hi, I see that there are many others that have an issue with RIM auto," Richard". Well in July 2011 I was taken for $2000. for shipment of my daughter car that never happened. I am dealing with Ministry of Consumer Services in canada. If there is anyone else that would like to join me in my case please contact me as soon as possible by email.
