1. Aggressive marketing: will call you and aggressively push to receive deposit payment.
2. Quote: will probably quote the lowest
3.Excuses of internet problems and phone line problems will be made if you try to contact them at the time assigned to pick your vehicle.
4. Finally, when your vehicle is delivered, the charges will be atleast $100/- more than quoted. ( I was quoted 484 but charged 584/-). I was quoted 484 with $200 as deposit.
Their explanation: Quotes/rates are subject to change, adjustment, and or increase without notice.
A quotation has no meaning for these people. If I am to transport my car again, I would pay more and be made aware that there will be no changes to the quote. I would never use this company again.
