I called a broker company to move a 69 bronco from CA to IN. They gave me Puma Auto Transport. I received an email from the broker saying the driver will contact within 24 hours of pick-up. I never received a confirmation of the driver showing up and when the driver arrived the vehicle I was shipping was not there. I called Puma 5 times yesterday with no answer so today when driver arrived he wanted to charge us another $150 for him to wait and pick up the car. This company tried to hold us hostage to get more money. Will not ever try to use them again and will tell everyone who wants to ship a car to STAY AWAY from Puma!
