Bad communication and delayed service

According to the company the car would take from 12-14 days to be delivered from PA to SJU, PR. After receiving the payment and dropping the car to the port on the days accorded, now the delivery is taking 25+ days. The company says is not their fault and is blaming it on the port and vessels. I called several times and they ghost and keep you on hold forever. They take forever to answer emails, and there is only one telephone number available and they won't answer.
