TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ONCE YOU BOOK WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM. HAD TO CALL EVERY DAY FOR STATUS OF CAR AND PHONES WERE NOT ANSWERED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRACKING IS TERRIBLE AND ONLY WHEN YOU USE THEIR CHAT SERVICE. ONCE CAR WAS IN PR WE NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL WE NEEDED TO GET IT OUT. WE HAD TO CALL AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH WRONG PICK UP DATE . CONSEQUENTLY, WE HAD TO PAY ONE EXTRA DAY FOR STORAGE IN PORT AND LOST THE 5 DAYS OF TEMPORARY PLATE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER INFORMATION
