This company is a total scam. I received a contract from Thomas @ ProShip Auto Transport LLC on 4/9/2024 to transport my new car from out of state dealer to my home. The contract was for $700 with a promise to get a driver same day or next day. I paid my $100 deposit to ProShip. The next day Thomas called me to tell me that he found a driver but only for $1,600 and I had to pay that price and no other driver would deliver for less. I of course declined and Thomas kept demanding that I pay more or he was going to charge my card $200 to cancel. I said I am canceling because you are refusing to keep the terms of the contract. He told me to give him my best offer and I continuously replied $700 as agreed or refund my deposit. I told him he was trying to scam me and I would report his company and he stated he did not care. Thomas is completely agreesive and rude. He tries to berate you into paying more money and constantly sends text messages to my phone. Do not do business with this company. Now I am filing a report with the BBB and my credit card company.
