I was trying to contact someone to be able to have my car shipped across the united states. During my time with being in contact with this person, his texting ability was extremely unprofessional, with texts saying the following: "okay i got it ust call me back or text to me we can ship your car any time you want cuz we have several available drivers" (note the spelling errors are exactly how he communicates via text) "Once you signed contract plz let me know cuz i need start the process now okay ?" (again bad grammar) After this, his phone number would constantly send out a spam like text every single day and sometimes two times a day stating "Hi, this is Thomas, checking the. transport your . \ at $0 Do you still need it? Reply YES 2 receive further follow-ups or NO 2 Opt-OUT" This was sent out every day even though he should have been contacting and calling me. I had my pick up scheduled on the 15th to pick up on the 28th. No confirmation of a driver was given. It was the day before of the expected pick up date, and no calls were given about updates to the driver, the time, or anything. Because of this I sent them an email cancelling my order. I called another company to find out they tried to call on my behalf, refusing their service. The day of the expected pick up date, he calls and continues to be unprofessional on the phone not only to me, but also my father who ended up having to intervene in the conversation. This is where the wording can confuse a ton of people in their contract: "An administration fee of $200. will be charged for orders canceled prior to one week after the requested available pick-up date or an exact carrier is assigned". I interpreted this as if the cancellation is done before this date, this should be okay. This is not the case. Although ill be losing 200$ based on the very vague wording of this, I would suggest to ANY person to stay away from this company at ALL COSTS. Basic Rundown: Unprofessional Behavior Lack of communication Lack of updates Inconsistant Operations Unprofessional Practices.
