I had made a reservation with another company and they had very poor customer service and I ended up cancelling with their company and contacting Protected Auto Carriers. The customer service was excellent and within the first few hours of contact I had a carrier scheduled to come to my house. The pick up was on time and the drop off showed up the exact day they said it would. I would defintely use this company again if I needed to transport my vehicle!
