Mark who works for Protected, was knowledgeable, effecient and easy to do business with, but never pushy or aggressive. He remained flexible as my schedule at the time was somewhat unknown and and to make the situation more complex it fell on the days following Labor Day Weekend. John the driver was equally as professional and equally as customer service orientated. Both could not have been nicer and there is no question when it is time to ship the car back to New York I already have both their numbers on speed dial. I have had frustrating situations with their competitors in the past, they made this transport easy, expeditious and cost effective. Good Luck!
