After my first experience with Progressive Auto Relocation, I have used them another three times because of their service, price and great customer service. Progressive kept me informed about the location of my car and answered all of my questions. It’s so refreshing to have such great customer service right from the get-go.

The customer service staff answered my call quickly. The service person on the other end of the phone was polite and knowledgeable. In fact, he was so informative that I only had a couple of questions which were quickly answered. He went over the delivery and offered me a good quote. I appreciate how Progressive is so complete in how they prepare the paperwork and let me know about all of their options.

My vehicle was picked up at the appointed time and on the way to Tulsa. About the most frustrating thing of waiting for your vehicle to be delivered is where it’s at and if it will arrive on time. With Progressive, I didn’t have to make a bunch of calls which is really comforting. I’ve used a couple of other auto relocation companies in the past and while they did an okay job, I remember having to call them constantly to find out the location of my car. Sometimes they knew, sometimes they gave me the same information I got before.

With Progressive I was given a contact person that kept me updated about where my car was at, this makes everything so much easier and I was even called once to tell me the car had just reached Muskogee, about an hour away from where I live. Progressive delivered my car on time and without incident, they’ve done this each time I’ve used their service.

I fully recommend Progressive Auto Relocation to anyone who wants their vehicle delivered. The price was very competitive when I checked it against other companies, but the real selling point is their first rate customer service. These guys are the best and I will use them again, no doubt about it.
