I travel a lot for my job, and I have to use these types of services frequently...and I'll have to say that Progressive is by far the best I've come across. From start to finish it was extremely simple. I didn't have to call a dozen times wondering where they were, because they picked it up when they said they would! That was a refreshing change from some companies I've dealt with. They even checked in with me during the transport...I didn't even have to ask. I thought that was very considerate of them. My car arrived on time, in the same condition it was in when it was picked up. Rafael was very thorough with the explanation and details, and it didn't take half a day on the phone to get something figured out!. All in all it was just a very pleasant experience and I won't hesitate to use them again.
