I booked this company based on the estimate that I received from them and the conversation with the sales rep. When the driver arrived is when I found out about all the hidden (mandatory) charges. I was charged $120 for mattress pads that they didn't even have...But I "HAD" to pay for them anyway! The driver/foreman wasted time on purpose, wouldn't take some of my items, then held my belongings ransom until I paid all of the overcharges. When I later had to sign the receipt and got a copy, I noticed that I was overcharged and thus I OVER paid. When I asked for some of my money back he said, "I'm not authorized to return any funds paid!" I couldn't believe the extent to which I was ripped off!
My move ended up costing me $400 more than it was supposed to. Beware when using this company. They will lure you in with all the kindness, but kiss your money goodbye!
