Can not reach customer service nor driver

We have used them previously for our son's car and were very happy. They transported the car as stated and delivered it as stated. We were at first very happy, however last week we received in the mail a red light infraction ticket from New York City from the early evening of July 30, 2013. The driver drove the car from New York to my wife's parent's house in Trumbull, CT. In the process he blew a red light with the camera getting a picture of the vehicle and the License Plate.

We have left several messages on this, we have sent emails, they do not return calls, the driver of the care does not return the calls. They are responsible for the ticket and should pay it (it is only $50 however it is not our ticket, it is theirs).

On July 30th we were in Virginia, so it was not us.

We are going to pay the ticket and are getting our Attorney involved. They should have at least contacted us.

The Customer Service line only goes to a voice mail, never does a live operator answer. We will NEVER use or recommend them again.
