Michael was prompt and easy to deal with. He and the driver did a good job of accommodating our need to change the pickup location twice, as our home was in a wildfire evacuation zone at the time we shipped the car. Driver was pleasant and spoke fluent English, which is not always the case for auto transport guys in my experience. Price was good...Priority was neither my lowest or highest bid, but was one of the lowest ones and no high-pressure sales or scare tactics from them. (Not the case with all other companies I asked for bids.) There were no additional charges beyond the pre-agreed price.
