I've sold cars for six years, often through out of state transactions that required transport. For the first few years I bounced from broker to broker, moving on every time a broker fell far enough short that I couldn't imagine ever using them again. It was rare that a broker made it to the third order. Time after time, the work I'd put into building a relationship with a client was tarnished by a broker who couldn't be bothered to set realistic expectations and follow up properly. I started to think it was just the nature of the business and resigned myself to having to sweat, run interference and make repeat phone calls to drivers until each client received their car. That nonsense ended the day I started trusting my transports to Michael DiBenedetto. Everything about him from his tone of voice to the quality of his followup was reassuring from the beginning. Since then I've referred most of my dealership to him, and continued using him when he recently started Priority Auto Relocations. I can finally leave the transporting to the transporter and forget about it.
