WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Please don't EVER work with this company - no matter what they quote you, the movers they contract the work out to don't follow the quote!! We thought that by dealing with them directly for our employees, they would be better/easier to deal with, but we were SO wrong!
In the beginning, Carine was super nice, made sure to call all of our employees and me back ASAP and answered all our questions.
(This is just the tip of the iceberg) After a horrible experience with the movers that picked up the items (rude, harassing our employees for tip money, not coming prepared with packing supplies, throwing boxes around marked as FRAGILE, not wrapping fragile items before boxing, not protecting any electronics) they stopped taking our calls, even going as far as suggesting they were screening our calls.
When I called to complain about charging us DOUBLE what the quote had said, "Ben" said he'd look into it, but when I called back the next week to check in on the status, "Ben" was no longer with the company... (SARCASTIC: "how convenient").
I don't know HOW they're still in business, but they are the WORST moving company I've ever had to deal with.
Now, we're trying to set up delivery dates/times with them and they have no idea when/how the items will be delivered. No one answers the phone calls, they pass you from one person to another - Carine has completely avoided my calls!
If our employees EVER get their items, I will still make sure that we, and everyone else we know NEVER USES PRIORITY 1 MOVING.
Update: We received 2 employees' deliveries - majority of one's items have been damaged beyond use or repair... all the boxes were busted, the tape the movers used damaged his mattress, sofa, dining table, etc etc - the list goes one! We paid for the movers to do a professional full packing service, and yet over half of his items were damaged and he has to replace all of the furniture he moved. AND he's missing his PS3!
STAY AWAY FROM PRIORITY 1 NO MATTER WHAT!
