More than anything, I care about honesty from moving companies. I don't like playing games, especially when we're talking about the money and property that the movers are dealing with. Priority was extremely straightforward with me. As far as promises, it was all spelled out on the contract. The price did not change on move day. My consultant had warned me that there could be charges for an extra items or if I had a flight of stairs. This all went smoothly, and they kept their word.
