I contacted Jason Weaver at Priced Rite Auto Transport about a quote. He was generous with his time and explained the process. I thanked him, and informed him I would get back to him with my final decision. I decided to contract a different company because of price and the level of professionalism I received from Jason. I contacted 7 or 8 companies for quotes and did not feel compelled to call each one back to inform them that I decided NOT to use their services; I only contacted the company that I decided TO use. A few days later, I received this message from the carrier I decided to use: 'We were monitoring your transport on Central Dispatch and discovered this company (Priced Rite Auto Transport) also have you posted. This is bad. It could prevent any carrier from calling in about your car and can cost you more money. Please call and email them to remove it immediately in no uncertain terms or we could be delayed. They've already put you in a bad position.' I called Jason and again thanked him for his time, but informed him that I never gave him the green light that I would be using his services. I explained that I would be using a different carrier because of cost, and to please remove my listing from his dispatch. He acted surprised, proceeded to interrupt me to demand an explanation as to why I changed me mind, accused me of lying, and then actually hung up the phone on me! All I wanted to say is that there had been a misunderstanding and to please remove me from his dispatch, yet he escalated this encounter to an extremely unprofessional level. This is why I feel compelled to share my story here and to post this review. I do not wish him or his business ill will, but as far as I am concerned I dodged a bullet and can not imagine ever doing business with such an unprofessional and rude individual.

Mr. Oakes contacted me asking to help with the transport of his vehicle. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we spoke on the matter and after explaining that i wouldn't be able to find a driver unless we list his vehicle to the Central Dispatch website for all drivers to see, he said "OK" and I told him that i'd keep him updated until we find a driver. 3 days later I get a call from Mr. Oakes asking me to remove the listing because he's deciding to go with a different company. My exact words to him were: "No problem I'll remove the order, but do you mind if i ask why the sudden change of heart"? To which Mr. Oakes explains that he never asked me to post the order and then proceeds to call me a liar and a fraudulent company, also stating that I'm demanding an explanation from him when I simply asked very nicely. All i tried to do was help like he asked but instead I got called names and wasted a bunch of my time for nothing.
