The pick up driver called the day before to set up a time for pick up, and arrived on time. The pick up driver did a thorough inspection of my car. A+
The delivery driver called a day before to inform me of the delivery. However, the delivery location was changed by the driver. Nevertheless, the car was delivered on time in good condition.
