Confirmed pick up was supposed to be this AM in Naples FL. We called and called and called and e-mailed. Kept getting answering machine. Finally at 6 PM someone answered the phone and said no transporter has been found yet. Are you kidding me? Found another company that can pick up on Wednesday. Will call Pricedrite and demand they pay airline change fees and extra hotel night(s). Stay away. We should have known better when it was so hard to talk to anyone "live" when setting this up. Was going to report them to the BBB. But, guess what? They are not a member. I now understand why.

We tried finding a carrier but were not able to approve of one for them in the time frame they were asking for. We didn't take any money nor do we ever guarantee anyone a pick up date. Every once in a while this happens through no fault of ours.
