The broker who helped me with the process was Jason, and I was very satisfied with his service. Communication was fast as he returned my emails very promptly. He explained the process and assured me a few times that the process would go very smoothly, and it really did!
The trucking company that handled transporting my car (Dex Transport, LLC) was also very professional. The truck driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and my car was picked up exactly when they told me it would be, and it was delivered on the scheduled day as promised. There was no damage to the car, and the cost was also very reasonable.
I was very happy and satisfied with the overall service, and I would highly recommends this company.
