I was very hesitant about shipping my car across the country because of all the terrible reviews you read online. It seems like a sketchy business so who wants to hand over their car in a situation like that? Jason was one of the 500 emails I got after submitting for an online quote. He seemed like a normal guy on the phone, honest ... everything he said made sense, and I trusted him. He said my route was an easy one and we would not have trouble finding someone to pick up my car. He seemed to know the exact price I needed to offer to get the car accepted, and he was transparent about how much was his broker fee and how much would go to the driver. Once I signed on with him he posted my car and it was assigned to a driver almost right away. CAA transport was the company - no complaints with them. The car turned up a couple days late but that was no big deal since they were transparent about it. I was given the phone number for the driver, and the driver always answered his phone and was happy to tell me exactly where he was. I met him last night and he was a very nice guy, probably tired after having driven 17 hours that day. Car turned up in the same condition, very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely use Jason again, he knows what he is talking about.
