This is the worst experience and bad communication

Although I have never dealt with another company regarding transporting my vehicle, I am very disappointed to say that I am having a horrible experience. I understand things go wrong and time gets pushed back , but what i don't understand is the non communication about the transport. My car was picked up on 7/25/2012 and i was told that the car would be dropped off on 8/1/2012... Shane told me himself that it wouldn't be a problem. I then call on 8/1/2012 to see where they are withe the car, Dispatch tells me they had problems with the car. Okay thats fine, I called Shane and he told me the same thing, but he then told me the car would be there that Friday or Saturday which would have been 8/3/2012 or 8/4/2012. So I say okay and I wait until 8/3/2012 , I called numerous times and received no answer or call back so i waited until the next day to call and no answer from Shane but the Dispatch told me that the driver got to NY that night and they cant drop off vehicles at night so it will be dropped off the very next day on 8/5/2012. On 8/5/2012 I wanted to give them some time to get to me so i called at 6pm to see where they may be ( reminder i was calling so much because no one was keeping in contact with me at all, and everything that was being said was to cover up the next thing) and I called numerous times to both Shane and the Dispatch and nothing , so i leave messages and still nothing. So no i am writing this email to inform anyone in charge of the delay and the neglect to communicate with me regarding my vehicle. I would just like to get this experience over with and have my car already I need it and i cant get around with my kids. Not to mention the price changed from 975 to 1025... they said they told me it would. At this point i just want my car.
