My name is Brain on behalf of Upscale Auto Transport we are the broker company that dispatched a returning customers vehicle to be shipped cross country from CA to NY I would of never thought of writing a bad review on any fellow company but in this case its a must due to the fact that we run our company to its up most potential striving on professionalism and customer service something PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC seems to know nothing about .. PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT notified us vehicle was picked up on the 7th of June when really it wasn't for anther two day's. never letting us or our client know of any delay . Through out the transport never would we receive any phone calls /emails or updates on whereabouts on the unit . We have attempted several time's to confirm drop off dates and we always receive the same run around story the truck broke down . we find it hard to believe such thing can happen everyday.Our client has made big arrangement's to receive the unit going by the time given by the company PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT and only to be disappointed once again and listen to another runaround from PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT . This experience has been a great inconvenience and costly for both our client and our company . We hope this review will help PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC better their transport services and forewarn any future / company looking to use PRESTIGE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC..
