This is what they told meHello Eric,

You decided to cancel the transport of your vehicle on June 22nd, we can't refund the $200 deposit that you paid because of the costs involved in posting your car in various networks. Our networks that we use don't refund us when we take a car down therefor we can not forward this over to you. We put your vehicle on 6 main auto transporting boards and we made phone calls to different trucking companies. No employee except me as the owner is authorized to issue refunds. We did our job to the best of our abilities and apologize for any inconvenience.

Regards,
Andrea

This is my response and what actually happened.

Hello Andrea,

You do realize what you're doing is stealing right? I think your company is unprofessional and your employees are crooks. Here is what I was told and what I read from your website 100% Guaranteed customer satisfaction. I am not 100% satisfied. I had every intention of using you all for service however I feel like I have been scammed. I placed my order last Tuesday June 15th, and Jon told me he would have my car ready for pickup by Tuesday June 22nd. Was my car picked up? NO. He also told me he would have my vehicle delivered by June 28th. He GUARANTEED IT!! He was unable to follow suit so another company had a truck ready to go so I decided to use them. I called him to issue a refund, but instead he requested that I give him information on the transport company that was available to ship my car. I gave him the info in confidence not to go behind my back and in actuality he used it as a case saying that I was having my car posted on various networks. I never told any other carrier giving me a quote to post it on any dispatch board since I only paid you all. Next the website mentions accurate pickup and drop off time frames. I gave you all 2 plus weeks notice that I needed to have my car delivered by June 28th. Jon told me it was not a problem. Another lie. He later told me on June 22nd that he may not have it ready to pick up for 10 more days. That is unacceptable! according to your policy which states. We ask that you allow typically 7-10 business days for us to locate a carrier. False because you all sent me an invoice along with the statement "Attached is the invoice for the pick up of your vehicle. We need 3 to 5 business days to find a driver, the driver will give you a call 24 hrs before pick up and drop off. If you have any questions just give us a call." False! and when I called in today June 23rd to cancel, WHICH TECHNICALLY IS THE 7TH day, because you all DID NOT do your job. Claiming that I had it posted too many times is a cop-out because you still did not find me a driver. All of this and you are still saying you can't give me a refund?!?!? Which brings me to my final lie on your website, the fact that you all don't have Highly trained and experienced dispatchers monitoring and tracking your vehicle with the latest technology available. From this experience I highly doubt that. And of course I'm getting screwed so your company basically lies to your customers when you say "We offer the BEST competitive rates and are sure that you will be satisfied or your money back, GUARANTEED.' GUARANTEED!!!!! apparently what you post on your website means nothing to you.

PLEASE PEOPLE...DO NOT USE this company!!! I pray that you haven't and that I get my money back.

This client booked his Pontiac grand am with multiple brokers, which we didn't know at the time. He booked his car with several different brokers hoping to go with the one that found him a carrier first. This is fine, but if a client hasn't made up his mind about which company he will choose we would have not taken a deposit since we aren't sure of the outcome or his intentions to move his vehicle. We would simply compete and try to be the first ones to get this done for him and when we know that we are the company of his choosing we would take a deposit. The client Eric Mahame, wanted the lowest price but wasn't at the time to concerned with having an expedited pickup. His main goal was to have the car picked up in 7-10 days and in return save money. We priced his car accordingly and did everything we could to get his vehicle moved. When we located a carrier he decided to cancel since another broker said they could pick up his car before we could. This client needs to understand that if he makes a commitment with a company he needs to follow through with it. You shouldn't make a deposit with a company if you are still shopping around, because we put the work and effort in your transport, we don't work for free.-
