We are a dual military couple who needed to ship our vehicle on a specific timeline. I had looked at previous reviews of multiple companies and Premier had received 4 of 5 stars and had many favorable reviews. After I spoke with the original salesman, who was very courteous and helpful, we arranged a pick of of 2 March with the understanding that the pick up may be plus or minus a couple of days based on the truck's timeline. I spoke with Premier on 1 March because I was told they would contact me 24 hrs out to make sure we had the drivers contact info. I was assured that there was a driver and they would call me back with info. 2 March came and went. We called every day and were asked the same questions regarding quote number, where the vehicle was being shipped from and to and that they would call us back. Finally 6 March I called and was told that the shipping company they had contracted had backed out on 1 March but we were never notified... I am pretty sure there was no company every contracted.. I was then rudely told that he had to check his email and that talking to me was not helping him do that. He was 90% sure there was a company waiting to pick up our contract in his voice mail and that he would call me back. 6 March passed with no contract. Finally we called to cancel our contract and get a refund and we were again rudely dealt with by both Barry and the owner (name escapes me). He threatened that we would not get a refund if we cancelled and he found out we went with another company. We reluctantly agreed to give him to the end of the day and he would find a shipping company. Magically the van was picked up that day.

They we were supposed to have our vehicle delivered on 12 March. It was finally delivered today, 20 March. It has been extremely difficult for us - I had to delay check in to my command and use leave so that my wife could check in to her command and use our only vehicle. I would never again use Premier Auto shipping and am passing this word along to all military and anyone who will listen. I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism, not to mention the threats and lies. I echo a previous comment stating not to go with any company that requests a deposit. That is the brokers take. Once they are paid, they have no incentive to follow up with good customer service and they have no incentive to be your advocate.
