I also was lied to by Barry.He told me I could receive a refund or just cancel it with my credit card company if they could not deliver.The order was placed on 2/21/12 for a pickup of 3/12/12.I told them I had to be out of my house by that date.I made several calls on 3/8/12 and 3/9/12 no information yet was what I was told.Then on 3/1212 I spoke with mike and told him if you can not send someone today I will make other arrangements.He then sent me an E-Mail with a Trucking company with a telephone number that did not work .
After 2 hours he finally gave me the drivers cell #.When I spoke to the driver he informed me He would not be there todayMonday3/12/12 that he needed a couple of days to unload his truck He said call me tomorrow and I will let you know about Wednesday 3/14/12 .I told Him that I would not be needing His services under those circumstances.This is not acceptable Premier Auto Shippers could not find a Truck and did not want to lose a commission When I confronted them I was told we sent you an E-Mail once we do that we get paid read your contract .DO NOT TRUST THEM ...MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERTHING BEFORE SIGNING ....THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY THAT I WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN.
