I purchased a car online in another state and although I knew the process for purchasing a car I had never had one transported. I solicited bids from several companies and ultimately chose Premier Auto Carriers. Their bid was competitive but I knew I'd chosen the right company based on the customer service I received in setting up the move. The gentleman I worked with was professional AND personable. He shared how the process worked, what needed to be done by whom and when. He communicated with me almost on a daily basis either by email or phone. If timing or location adjustments needed to be made on either of our parts they were discussed vs. dictated and we worked through them together. When the day approached for the car to be loaded I was given the name and number of the lead driver. Last but not least, for no additional cost, my car was delivered by a driver team in one day instead of two!! Whether you're experienced at having cars transported or you have no idea how it works (like me) I would highly recommend Premier Auto Carriers.
