I am frustrated calling these guys everyday to find out whether my car has been picked up for shipping..

Promised Pick up date: Nov 18'th
I double check with the booking agent whether they will be able to pick up the car on the particular date. Agent assures me that there is a 2 day window within the commited date. I confirm my booking based on this assurance and specifically states that, as I was leaving the state on the 22'nd and my bsiness was solely on the commitement that my car would be picked up before I leave the state. I had other movers, but this one was chosed because of the promise that they would pick up within the time frame of my move out of the State.

Now i call up everyday from California to check whether my car has been picked up. Each day the dispatcher promises that someone would call me back within the next few hours. Each day the promise is broken.
Now I end up paying for storge of my car in CT, and also pay for rental car.
I can understand a few days of deviance, but 2 weeks and no sign of pick up is too much to digest.
