I am currently an Active Duty Officer for the US Coast Guard and just got relocated to Alameda Ca. This is the first move I've had to make and thank yOu to Polar express they made this a very easy hassle free move for me. I am a first time shipper. I was honestly a little nervous about the whole thing since there are literally 100s of different comPanies telling you the same thing. I never knew how this industry worked. Nick was the 10th call I received the day I put in a request for a quote and he sold me on the first call he mad to me. He was very polite and basically schooled me on the whole industry and advised me not to go with the lowest quote.. Because in reality anyone who is a first time shipper automatically thinks that the lowest price is the best deal. But boy was I wrong! All these truck drivers are independent contractors meaning they are the ones that set the price. And depending on what you pay , your car gets moved or not. I had a company telling me they would make the move for a total of 799. That was a lie! Your car will never ever get picked up.I advise everyone to chose polar express to make this move for you. Nick told me the transit days were anywhere from 6 to 7 days.. It was made in 6 and my car arrived a day earlier! I am very happy with their service and would recommend this company to everyone. If you want your car to be moved go with Polar!! They won't let you down. They are real and won't sell you a dream!
