Plymouth was extremely easy to work with. I originally found them on craigslist after calling around for quotes. Originally, I had requested transport services for a Chrysler 500 in April but had to abort the deal because our family in MN decided not to ship it then. At the time, Bill found me a carrier within 24 hours which was great. I felt bad calling him to cancel then, but kept him in mind knowing we would eventually ship the vehicle in the summer instead. I called him again in june and he had our car loaded on the truck within 48 hours. His carriers are excellent too- it was smooth and easy to get to the car once it was in the Tri-State area. This company is actually really reliable and we will ABSOLUTELY be using Plymouth again for a Malibu we purchased in upstate New York, going back to the midwest. If you need good customer service, negotiable and reasonable pricing on shipping a personal vehicle cross country, and easy to work with truckers who can get you your car on time, then I would recommend going with Plymouth instead of wasting your time shopping around. Can't thank them enough!!
