A waste of time and money

Do not use this company!! You might as well just throw $150-$200 out your window right now and save yourself some headache.
They do a great job at selling you on the company in the beginning, but once they get your deposit, broker fee, reservation fee…whatever they want to call it, that’s where the customer services goes into the toilet. They take a deposit for their services, which simply consists of them sending your order out to dispatch. That’s it. Their job is done and they have fulfilled their part of the agreement, in their eyes. The agreement was that my car would be picked up on or before July 6th, and Mr. Points assured me this would be no problem. I never heard from a carrier until July 13th, after I was no longer in the state. My attempts to contact Mr. Points to arrange pick-up, prior to my departure, were pointless, and my attempt to contact him in general, have been unsuccessful (6 weeks later). And to top it all off, they charged my credit card a second time 5 weeks later! I have attempted to contact Mr. Points and have even spoken with Roger, who although being polite, is of no help at all. They do not return calls. They do not return emails. I’ve tried every number and email address listed on their website, to no avail.
The frustration in using this company is not worth it. There are a lot of carriers out there who are professional and actually care about their customers/clients. This company is unprofessional, nonresponsive and was a complete waste of time and money. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. Perhaps they’ll be responsive to them.
Bottom line is, my car was never shipped and now I have the headache of dealing with this company to resolve over charges in addition to finding another auto shipper. Save yourself the agony of this company.
