I recently had my 2011 Kio Rio5 (hatchback) shipped from South Florida to the Phoenix,AZ metropolitan area, through Plaza Auto Transport and I couldn't be happier with the service!! I spoke with a gentleman named Anthony, who I got to say, was as polite and knowledgeable as anybody I have ever dealt with in customer service!! When speaking with Anthony, I informed him up front that I had spoken with other companies and I was just shopping prices. This did not discourage or deter him in any way. In fact Anthony proceeded to walk me step by step through how the entire process of transporting my vehicle would go. He was informative and insightful. Now,I've been in the sales/customer service industry for over 16 years now, and I must say the level of expertise,professionalism,and honesty, was a breath of fresh air.
Once he went through al the details, from how he secures a truck, to all the fees that would be incurred, he gave me a price quote. Now his quote was slightly higher than his competitors, however the one thing that separated Plaza Auto Transport, from their competitors, was him. So despite the difference in cost, and it was a very minimal diference of only $35, I chose to use Plaza Auto Transport, because of the level of professionalism, expertise, and honesty displayed by my rep!!
I needed my vehicle moved ASAP, and that it was!! I called on Tuesday, their dispatcher called me back Wednesday Afternoon and informed me they had a driver for Friday, and when I got to Phoenix on Thursday of the next week, my car had already been dropped off and my brother in laws house!!
I highly recommened using the services of Plaza Auto Transport!! The service that I received, was well beyond anything I have come to expect from the customer service industry. The honesty, courtesy, and overall just good nature of the reps and the company was very satisfying. If you are in need of having your vehicle moved, and value respect and honesty over a few dollars than Plaza Auto Transport, is the company to use!!
