I contacted Steve at Plaza about transporting a car from Missouri to Florida with a short window - an agreement with another company left me completely disappointed. Steve personally contacted drivers (as opposed to posting on the central board and waiting) and within 30 minutes, coordinated a great price and pick-up/delivery date that would work for me.

By Wednesday, Reggie called the pick-up point for Thursday coordination. He arrived on time, loaded professionally, and was extremely diligent. He headed south towards Florida for a Sunday delivery.

I was called Saturday morning for an early delivery! Reggie arrived as expected, offloaded my car cautiously and professionally, and helped to keep the secret delivery from my wife. Outside of absolute minor road spray, the car arrived in perfect condition.

Plaza, Steve, and Reggie came through with 5 star service. I am very pleased with their responsiveness to customers - this experience left me with the insight that some companies can and do still care about one priority - the CUSTOMER!
