I have been completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. I contacted this company on the recommendation of the motorcycle shop I was using. Robin, Roger, and Robert of Plaza were all personable, available, and efficient. They kept me informed of the progress of my request, and of the details of the carrier. Joe, the carrier, delivered my bike in good time and without damage. He is knowledgeable about motorcycles, and helped me check the bike over before I accepted delivery. I consider the delivery price charged by Plaza to be fair and I would definitely use their service again.
