Excellent Customer Service and Transport

I posted a request for an Auto Transport quote on a random website. I was bombarded with computer generated emails from various companies, some of which emailed me over and over. Richard, from Plaza Auto Transport, sent me an introductory email and then followed up with a phone call, which I appreciated. Immediately, upon speaking with Richard, I knew I'd be going with Plaza. His follow-up call was polite and informative, and I didn't feel at all like he was giving me a hard sell. Unlike other company representatives, Richard took the time to tell me what I was paying for and how the whole thing worked. It was obvious that he was being straight and honest with me, which does not seem to be the norm in this business. (I'm a philosophy professor, so I have B.S. radar a mile long!)

Unlike a lot of other companies, Plaza Auto Transport did not charge me anything until my car was officially scheduled to be on a carrier. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies (specifically, not the absolute cheapest or the most expensive, but well worth it.) Richard promptly facilitated the transport of my vehicle with a carrier (Mon Trans Auto), which I was informed of the very next day. The driver was extremely polite and communicative throughout the process. I also appreciate that the driver carefully inspected my vehicle before placing it on the truck. Based on the conversation I had with the car dealer, this is also not the norm.

My vehicle arrived earlier than expected and in the same condition it was in when they picked it up. I can honestly say I'd use this company again in a heartbeat, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. I've heard horror stories about auto transport companies, so I'm grateful for companies like Plaza Auto Transport.
