Dear Ms. Roy, It is unfortunate that you feel this way and unfortunately, everything you have stated is false. You placed your order with us with a First Available Date of 4/4/22. This is the date that you chose- we did not choose this date as your First Available Date to ship your vehicle. We then dispatched your vehicle to a carrier, who wanted to pick it up on your chosen First Available Date of 4/4/22. When the carrier finally reached the contact person for pick up, he was only ten minutes away from the pick-up location. The contact person, your son, told the carrier he was not at the pick-up location and stated that the vehicle would not be available for pick up for 2 days, on his next day off. This carrier could not wait around for two days to pick up your vehicle, so we offered to change the First Available Date to two days later and find another carrier. Instead of accepting this solution, you got angry that your son was only given a 10-minute notice for picking up the vehicle and started name calling. You then told us to cancel your order. We never cancelled your order until you insisted that we cancel it. Your order was then cancelled per your request. We performed our services completely, as stated verbally, as well as contractually.
