I was glad in the beginning of this transport which Gilbert was very good in explaning the process to me about my very first transport experience. I was very happy at the conclusion of the transport. The Driver, John, did the best he could on contacting me and informing me of the transport situation and the delivery date, and was outstanding in preparing me on delivery information. To better the business aspect, I would make sure that contact is made when the primary says he is going to call. If the primary does not follow through with contact of the customer, it leaves a negative attitude. I would use Philam again, and would hope they better their business by my review.
