This was my first time shipping a car and the process proved to be intimidating and confusing. I ended up picking a company that was no help at all and didn't end up reserving a truck for me by my requested date. I had to start over and ended up in contact with Gilbert who walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease knowing my car would be shipped and arrive to LA when I needed it. If I need to ship my car again I will definitely do business with him again at Philam transport.
