Since I was new to the vehicle transport business, Gilbert took the time to explain what to expect, the options that were out there and the expected cost. I had other low-ball quotes competing with Gilbert, but I went with Philam Transport.

My vehicle was picked up in Tennessee on time (Wednesday), and was delivered with just a slight delay (on Sunday) due to an alternator problem with the hauling truck. Communication with Gilbert and with the driver from Hot Wheels Expediting was excellent, as I had his cell phone # so I could keep in contact, with updates on progress as things developed.

There were no surprises when it came time to pay the deposit and then when I paid the hauler - it was the agreed-upon price of $650. In short, I appreciate their good service and will call them FIRST if/when I require another vehicle transported.
