Gilbert was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to give a run down of the total transport business and how it all works.
The problem I experienced was with the drivers from the company that picked up and delivered the truck. I had know idea of where they were, and when I was provided a number to call them, they didn't know enough of the English language to tell me.
This is no fault of Gilbert or his company. They were great, and Gilbert is the MAN.
