I want to thank Dylan at Philam transport for a very excellent experience. Everytime I emailed Dylan he would respond right away . Dylan was very proffesional and communication was on point . At first I was hesitant but afterwards I felt comfortable dealing with a knowledgeable person . My car got picked up the same day and got to my destination on time. The dispatcher from the carrier was also proffesional with good customer service as well . The only negative thing I have to say about the driver is that a watch was missing in which I put in my car . It was my fault as well for leaving items in which drivers are not responsible but a watch is missing and the driver was the only one with car keys. Nontheless I had a great experience with Philam Transport and will deff recommend my family and friends to Dylan .
