After searching the web and about a dozen random calls and two dozen emails from $800-$1600 for a WA to SC shipment, I called Gilbert back and he was open, up front and honest about the whole process from start to finish.
His disclosure about the market, competition and industry was much appreciated and was the reason why I chose him. He connected us with a transport company in Eastern WA and it was picked up on time. When there was delays, he called me and the shipper to coordinate and kept in touch the whole time. Although the vehicle arrived a week later, communication was kept up the whole time. Shipping multiple vehicles cross country is not an exact science and sometimes weather and additional customers cause delays and changes, so you need to be open to that.
If you are looking for an honest, dependable and knowledgeable individual to coordinate your next vehicle shipment, there is no doubt in my mind, you should be calling Gilbert.
