Gilbert always answered his phone and my emails, even after the deal was closed until the car was delivered- that's HUGE! He had a sense of humor and things happened as he said they would. I'm relieved to have found this company! Transport took a little longer than we thought, but it was within the time-frame we were told. Thank you, Gilbert!
